Our food at Me Gusta is based on traditional Mexican cuisine with a twist. We call it “semi-authentic.” You may find some ingredients you weren’t expecting on our extensive menu!
Me Gusta Tacos was founded by two Las Vegas locals who wanted to create the best restaurant in Las Vegas. Restaurant and hospitality industry veterans decided that it was time to use their considerable expertise to share wonderful Mexican food with the Southern Nevada community.
Our founders have targeted sustainable farming practices, fresh ingredients, and house-made everything to develop the best Mexican food in Las Vegas.
You’ll always find great food, fast service, great food, and plenty of fun at this Spring Valley Mexican restaurant.
These are burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and nachos that you’ll want to eat every day. (And you should.)
While other Las Vegas Mexican restaurants have a few different taco options, we serve nine different types of tacos at Me Gusta! There is truly something for everyone.
For beef lovers, try our slow-cooked beef barbacoa with a smoky chipotle, or our charbroiled carne asada. And for a lighter option, you could have tacos with tender shredded chicken or melt-in-your-mouth pork carnitas!
We’re not above a little fusion in our tacos, either! We brought some of our favorite Eastern flavors to the taco-verse with our Korean Kalbi — steak marinated in sweet soy and ginger, topped with Asian cabbage slaw. We also have a pork belly banh mi taco, topped with fresh Vietnamese slaw and citrusy cilantro.
Ready to go fishing? Our fish tacos have big pieces of pan-seared cod, topped with cilantro, red cabbage, and spicy wasabi crema. Or you can try our shrimp tacos. Large, tender shrimp are cooked with lots of aromatic garlic and finished with corn salsa, queso fresco, and Sriracha crema.
Don’t think we’ve forgotten the vegetarians! Our filling veggie tacos are made with roasted squash, bell pepper, and corn, then topped with Sriracha crema and queso fresco. For vegans, we’ll remove the dairy, and top them with our tasty house-made salsas instead!)
But what if tacos just aren’t going to cut it? What if you have a hunger that can only be satisfied by a HUGE burrito? Well don’t worry. Our burritos are part of what make us a top Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. They were even highlighted on Eater’s Instagram feed!
Your classic burrito (choice of meat, Spanish rice, guacamole, jack cheese, and fresh pico) is what you’ll get with the Mission. You can choose from carnitas, carne asada, barbacoa, pollo, pork belly, kalbi, or shrimp
You can also get our popular shrimp burrito, which comes stuffed with Spanish rice, jack cheese, pico, romaine lettuce, and spicy Sriracha crema. Pro tip — add carne asada to make it a surf-and-turf burrito!
For less traditional burritos, we wanted to add something that would really push them over the top. And we came up with…tater tots! Our California burrito contains your choice of protein, crunchy tater tots, mild cheddar, and tangy sour cream.
You can have your breakfast in burrito form with the Durango — scrambled eggs, bacon, “hash browns” (aka tater tots), pico, and mild cheddar.
And for our hungry vegetarians, we have The Anthem. This burrito is filled with roasted squash and black beans, Spanish rice, guacamole, and queso fresco.
But our restaurant has more than just tacos and burritos. We have other Mexican-American staples, like loaded quesadillas and nachos. Select your protein and get gooey melty cheddar, homemade guacamole and pico de gallo. The nachos also come with plenty of black beans and a big spoon of sour cream.
That could have been enough, but we saw all those tater tots and thought…we can do something else with those! So we fried up a batch and topped them with cheddar, guac, sour cream, and your choice of protein. Um, yes please.
For extras, we have shrimp ceviche, homemade guacamole, and our addictive white queso. Plus, we have three of house-made salsas — roja, verde, and habanero. The roja is the mildest, while the habanero has the most heat. Be careful with this one. It’s not for the faint of heart! You can try it all at the best Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas.
For Mexican dessert, it has to be churros. Churros are breadstick-shaped fried sweet pastries, dusted in sugar. We have THREE different options at Me Gusta Tacos — cinnamon sugar, caramel, and Bavarian cream!
Make sure to let the helpful staff at our Las Vegas Mexican restaurant know if you have any dietary restrictions! It’s important to us that you have a delicious and convenient vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal. Our burrito bowls, Me Gusta bowl, and black bean salad are all gluten-free!
